For maximum efficiency, Verhaak, in collaboration with Unidis, is automating key optimisation tasks in the software using BPM Server. “The moment orders come in, BPM Server automatically processes and manages a number of processes for us,” explains the Verhaak director. “For example, from Klipboard Wholesale, BPM Server allows us to replenish stock from our bulk locations to the picking locations in a timely manner. Another example is that BPM Server automatically collects invoices and sends them digitally to both customers individually and to the relevant head office. But BPM Server does more. Important business information in the form of reports, is actively provided. This allows us to deal with other matters.”
